1. Street noise and hall noise made it hard to sleep.

7. The truth was, your hotel is run down, smells bad, did NOT have a pillow top, in fact, the bed was hard, the duvet covers and towels had visible STAINS and to top it off, you ran out of clean towels for my room, you only had scratchy pool towels.

8. The staff was all very nice and helpful, though one of the morning breakfast staff was extremely hard to understand as she spoke little to no English.

9. I went to tell the hotel staff and they said we could move, but I declined, cause my sister is disabled and it is hard to move and pack up that easily, so we packed up and checked out and came home at 1am in the morning.

Stay here if you like; Filthy, Casino/smoky smelling hallways and rooms, Old crusty bathrooms with exposed florescent lighting, Bathroom Ceiling panels full of holes/stained with brown who knows what, Balcony littered with 15+ cigarette butts, Sketchy fellow hotel guests, Doors that don't lock correctly, Grumpy, understaffed Front Desk, A giant hard sponge for a bed.
