She was also studing and disinterested in helping us, was extremly rude and failed to put through the wakeup call we requested, she also lied to us regarding shuttle pick-up - we waited for over 45 minutes (she had told us 15 minutes) and when the driver arrived he advised that he had only just been told we were after a shuttle.

10. We wanted to talk to someone about the rude staff and the non-existent security (I could have gained access to any room in the hotel from the man at the front desk, he didn't even look at us when he threw the keycards at us.
