6. Instead of using the profit they receive from us unfortunate customers to upgrade and refurbish the 'hole', they instead remolded their lobby to attract unsuspecting tourists.

10. First room we got was facing west on 5th floor we distant view GG Bridge, unfortunately ceiling fan not working and room really hot, no ac available, so switched to lower level by pool.
