1. The only other issue was that we had an outside room so traffic noise was constant - if we return we'll ask for an interior room overlooking the pool - we expect it will be somewhat cooler as well as quieter.

8. Three positives - our bell hop and the security folks were very friendly, but the folks at the front desk, didn't seem to care when we complained of issues with the room.

9. The balcony was a joined balcony for all the rooms on this side, but there were no issues with that.
