1. It is a small and intimate hotel, so it was a little noisey in the morning when housekeeping was coming in, but other than that no complaints.

8. other than ipad in the lobby safe didn't work very slight shaking of the bed (due to machinery somewhere) very annoying no way of opening the window no answer to letter of complaint?GOOD: location + the view of the Golden Gate Bridge parking if you need it the beds; excellent the towels; excellent clean room San Franciso.
