1. The decor could do with an update, and unfortunately the early start to the on going roadworks outside meant we got an early wake up call most mornings.

5. unfortunately this hotel spoiled our hopes of sleeping well before a long travel day thanks to the 100-yr old window air conditioner and my fear of someone or some thing coming in to join us in the middle of the night.

7. Most of the staff are extremely rude (we did encounter ONE very nice staff person, but unfortunately it was the morning we left.

8. unfortunately, the rooms were tiny, there were no dressers, the TV had very few stations, and the wireless internet was terrible (despite the fact that free wireless internet was advertised).

9. If only for the bad smell and the dodgy concierge this hotel would have gotten better reviews as eveything else was quite 4 star, but unfortunately not.
