Nice big clean king bed, TV could be slightly bigger (first world problem), Free Wifi (although annoying that you have to login each time, again first world problem), and after staying in a hostel the first two nights it's a comfort to know that when you come back to the hotel in the afternoon the bed has been made, the bathroom isn't in the same state of mess you left it and there is still time to go downstairs and get a free glass of wine.

8. The one thing that really annoyed me, is when we attempted to call to the front desk, no one would answer and would thus have to walk down to the main lobby just to ask simple questions.

9. The front desk staff during the day was very courteous and helped us plan events; however, upon check-in I was annoyed that we had to argue about checking in early when we had requested it prior to leaving home, especially since we were only an hour earlier than normal check-in time and had been up since 4am.
