1. We have a car so parking is an issue but that's not their fault.

3. In the hotel's defence I must also say that the room and public areas were spotless so its not that I have an issue with the cleanliness of the property.

We took the BART from the airport to Union square and that was a tough climb up the hill with our luggage to get to the hotel even though it was a relatively short distance, definitely not the best way to get there if you were in company of elderly or anyone with mobility issues, just get a taxi instead.
