1. our bathroom floor had a huge puddle in it because our toilet leaked, we did not have hot (or even warm for that matter) water to shower with, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, paint was chipping off everywhere, some off the rooms are extremely small (so small we paid to upgrade), the smell of the place is most unpleasant, rooms were dirty, the air conditioning unit in our first room was ancient so needless to say, it barely worked, and the furniture in the rooms.
