1. After walking in to my room, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall look and cleanliness of the room for the small amount I paid (SF is a VERY expensive city and it's hard to find inexpensive rooms).

5. Our only gripe has to be the bathroom - there is no extractor fan, and the bathroom window was quite hard to open, and the water pressure in the shower was so poor that I had to rinse my hair under the bathroom tap.
