1. Most of the staff are extremely rude (we did encounter ONE very nice staff person, but unfortunately it was the morning we left.

3. The hotel was very clean and nice and reasonably priced, but the rude staff and general incoveniences really put me off and no I would not recommend anyone to stay here with so many similar hotels in the city.

5. rude staff, misleading hotel policies from online travel agency a ridiculously expensive deposit for incidentals that was not disclosed up front when the hotel policy clearly said that incidentals were charged upon checkout, a very slow elevator that doesn't work with more than 2 people on it.
