1. The night before we left, the Hotel Griffon called because they overbooked and asked us to switch us to Hotel King George, their 'sister hotel' which was 1 mile away.

3. I enquired to the male receptionist had the hotel been overbooked? I was told no definately not but that the pipes in our room had burst as it was an old building from 1914.
