2. First time staying in San Francisco, booked this hotel due to the price and trip advisor, was not disappointed, yes rooms are on the small size but adequate for the stay, clean room, clean linen free WIFI, good bartender 'Drew' but strange hours on the bar 5-9pm?.

3. I was disappointed that the BART smells of urine (the car we were on anyways) with stains on the carpet (yes carpet?) and seats.
