3. The room was on the small side (which is expected in the heart of almost any city), and lacked air conditioning (which shouldn't be an issue in San Francisco for most of the year.

4. When we told the front desk of the bed bugs issue they referred us to a local doctor, offered to dry clean our clothes, and helped us to find another property to stay at.

8. The free Wifi signal was a little weak in our room a few floors up and at the back, but with 2 computers free to use near the lobby, this posed no real issue for us.

10. We hadn't rented a car given the parking issues in SFO and since the hotel was located with a couple of blocks walking distance to all the means of public transport like the BART, Cable-cars, Buses, it suited us just fine.
