2. Yes, the elevator is slow and old (we did not experience any real inconvenience), the rooms are basic and small but not cramped.

3. Upon arrival we were struck by how small the room was, however with a little organization- set clothes in the provided drawers, luggages hidden under bed, toiletries set out in provided shelves in bathroom - it didn't feel cramped at all even for a family of 4.
