This was one of the most expensive hotels (AU$2033 for an 8 night stay) we stayed in during our 5 week trip in USA, and without a doubt it was the worst hotel, in terms of poor maintenance, that I have ever encountered, The hotel is in a great location but has been extremely neglected - our first room had chipboard coming off in large chunks around the window frame as it had obviously been wet due to the window not sealing - the place smelled of damp.

7. The worst thing about this hotel is there is no bar or restaurant, we found places closed quite early for the USA around 2130-2200 you can expect to see a restaurant closing and there arent many.
