1. downside - considering this type of hotel their was no restaurant in the hotel, the housekeeping staff were inconsiderate waking us up early in the morning with loud voices and clanging their trollies in the corridor and while cleaning the rooms adjacent to us.

4. It's one of the closest hotels to Pier 39 and the hop-off bus is just around the corner, but there were a few downsides on this property in my opinion.

6. The only real downside was that there is no bar or restaurant to relax in and as most places on the wharf closed at 10 or earlier we had nothing else to do but go to bed but would stay here again and recommend to fellow travellers.
