1. Our room was located on the 2nd overlooking the roof car park so curtains stayed shut, this was not an issue as we did not go for a view but we wanted a good location for tourism and to feel clean and safe, room ameneties and bathroom 10/10 for what we required.

3. For example we had an issue with the lock on the window and they came and fixed it right away.

4. We had issues with some of the rooms in this hotel, but the staff did their best to rectify any problems and we were eventually satisfied with what we were given.

Very limited hotel facilities, but not a big issue due to its location, with eating places all around (prefered Johnny Rocket for breakfast - access via hotel) Lifts (elevators) fell like they are from the same era as the cable cars, especially thise from car parking area (beware the car park charges, would have been much cheaper to have parked in the multi story car park next door).

7. There was some street noise (it was Fleet Week) and a lot of teenagers enjoying the pool but it was all in fun and without issue.

10. There is no issues that the motel does not have a bar or restaurant - there are plenty of places to eat and drink, the IHop is located right next door and a 7 Eleven, Subway, Hot Spud located in the same block.
