1. The location of this hotel is excellent for Fishermans Wharf, it's just a shame that the wharf is such a let down (If you have ever been to Skegness or any other tacky seaside town, you've got an idea of what its like)We took the open top bus tour which was a good way to see the city.

5. Parking was expensive, and the deal for breakfast with the attached ihop diner was a bit vague (you get tacky little vouchers which swap for some version of breakfast, but staff in ihop not 100% clear on what voucher is for, and whether it can be traded against other items on menu etc.
