1. There's an automated machine in the courtyard that was broken much of the time so you have to queue in the guest registration line, which could take HOURS, especially after a busload of folks pulls up, while the clock is ticking on your parking cost.

6. this hotel was so very run-down; our room was in terrible disrepair; the closet doors, the drawers, the toilet seat; all loose or broken; there was no coffee pot, the decor was very old, yellowed, dirty; the bathroom was not clean; there was hair in the shower and on the towel rack; it was just very unsanitary and frankly just gross.
