1. The hotel is in the midst of being updated, which is great news as the existing rooms are grossly outdated and in need of work.

3. Although the bed was clean and comfortable, the overall room and hotel was dingy (I stuck to something slimy on the rug), outdated (wallpaper peeling off the wall w/ black scum underneath, dark and dreary halls that made you feel like you were is a shady motel.
