1. The room card keys were terrible, and I had to spend my entire stay fighting with the door.

10. this hotel was so very run-down; our room was in terrible disrepair; the closet doors, the drawers, the toilet seat; all loose or broken; there was no coffee pot, the decor was very old, yellowed, dirty; the bathroom was not clean; there was hair in the shower and on the towel rack; it was just very unsanitary and frankly just gross.
