2. In the past when using other 31/2 + stars hotels from Priceline-we have gotten what I call the 'Priceline treatment,' = rude check in, SUPER small, noisy, worst location rooms and don't even bother requesting early/late check in, check out treatment.

The next morning, since there was no concierge lounge open for use, I ventured downstairs to ask about the other dining options in the area to which I was informed by the exceptionally rude front desk lady that 'we aren't giving you a voucher just because the concierge is closed, that is standard marriott.

7. While we checked in, we got to listen to a front desk associate rudely talk to a person she was checking in who indicated that he had booked a different room than he was given (her response to him was essentially 'prove it' instead of trying to help resolve the situation).

9. Great door staff and lovely check-in although the service varied drastically with one of the women on front desk being out right rude.

10. When we asked to change rooms the next morning (we had booked a king room but had ended up in a twin) the best I can say about the attitude is 'rude and very begrudging'.
