3. We arrived at the Hotel 480 after our ten hour flight to a clean but rather dated lobby, the concierge explaned that the 'new' lobby was next door under wraps and they would be moving there in the next few days, something that happened during our stay.

10. It is very dated and pretty dingy, drapes were stained in our rooms, air/heat did not work, toilet had a constant leak.
