1. The only negative on the hotel room is the size of the bathroom.

4. The only negative and it is a small one is walking to Union Square is straight down -or up depending on coming or going- several blocks BUT trolley goes right by hotel.

5. The only negative side is the very expensive parking fees of 48$/day + taxes, specially when you have others options 1-2 blocks away at 20$/day cheaper and you have to call valet at least 20-30 minutes before you need your car or you will wait.
