1. The only issue I had was the size of the bathroom.

3. The hotel is located one street behind union square and about 5 blocks from the moscone (I liked to walk over there so no issue for me).

4. The only issue we encountered was on arrival in our initial room there was a very strong odor of cigarette smoke from the inconsiderate previous occupant.
