I agree with the last couple of reviews , poor hotel in a run down part of san fran , to many beggers , no restaurant , and breakfast was poor , Cant think of a good thing to write about this hotel perhaps its a couple of mins walk to union sq is its only reason to stay , Nice restaurant in greery street Daily Grill - best steak and service we had on our trip to the usa you are better off staying at the wharf near peer 39 plenty going on and it feels a much better area.

4. The hotel doesn't get our approval because they forgot to pick up our dry cleaning and when asked to, they picked it up and left it somewhere in the hotel and sent it for cleaning the next day when we were due to leave (3 day service for drying cleaning when they say 1 day cleaning is just poor.

10. As a result there was no room service, I thought it was quite poor that the closure lasted four days, how bad could the leak have been? We did eat in the restaurant on the final night of our stay, let me give you a quick word on it.
