1. No bad points really, maybe the lack of drinks in the bar possibly? Other than that.

3. It is near a pretty bad area, so there are some homeless and folks aggressively asking for money, however we never felt unsafe.

4. not a bad thing but it does reside on the edge of the Tenderloin district but you won't go in that direction as all that you want to see & do is in the opposite direction of this dodgy area.
