1. It's walking distance to union square and there is a parking lot right next to it on the left side for $20 a night which is hard to find in SF.

7. Hotel staff are nice and what you'd expect, room size is sufficient, although expect a bit of noise from above rooms as you can hear them walking around if hard heeled shoes are worn.
