1. The room was very comfortable, except the pillows but that was a problem everywhere we stayed - much too soft.

4. We also received excellent customer service when there was a slight problem with towels in our room, after a call to the front desk, staff immediately arrived to correct the problem just minutes later.

9. we had a slight problem with our luggage here, probably a communication issue, but after around two hours it was delivered as well as a complimentary bottle of wine.

10. The only problem was I did hear the people on the floor above walking around very late which did disturb me and the street noise was a bit loud on Monday morning but not at all over the weekend.
