5. My biggest complaint was getting hit in the face with a strong Pine-Sol/dirty wash cloth smell in the lobby and halls, always a red flag to me.

6. The wallpaper is peeling, poor quality furniture is falling apart, chips on the toilet seat (yuk), the brass finished bathroom fixtures are worn, the floor tile (a poor choice to begin with) is chipped and the carpet is dirty.

7. There was a dirty pair of someone's stockings on the floor - the sink leaked and had duct tape on the hole not a great fix - it ruined my shoes while I was washing my hands.
