1. downsides are the room was a bit small, fine for a couple but would be tough for friends, and our bed was a little 'wobbly' like it needed a new box spring.

2. There were some downsides however - the shower was a little basic, the television had one channel and perhaps worst of all was the fact that the reception desk was almost always unattended which meant we had to go to the White Swan down the road to ask questions etc.

4. i think this place would better suit personal travellers - only downsides as a business traveller were the juggle with the luggage (although porter was most prompt and helpful).
