1. Then as soon as i saw the room, I rang and requested the room we had booked, he said in a derogatory way that with 'your kind of booking we can't guarantee that kind of room availability and unfortunately there isn't any twin rooms available for the entire duration of your stay' (several days.

5. unfortunately the bar in the restaurant was so dark, that was not an option so went back up to the room and ordered room service which was ok.

6. unfortunately we didnt get either on this occasion but 3yrs ago the Sir Francis came through 100% on all requests.

7. The front desk took my mailing information for overnight FedEx delivery, but unfortunately, the package had the wrong address written on the form and it took 4 days to track and get our keys.

8. We left our cell charger behind in the UK and the concierge went through lots of chargers in his possession to see if one would match but unfortunately it didn't but at least they tried.
