1. Pros:- Great location, close to shops and restaurants, street cars, busses- 5-10 minute walk to Moscone Centre- Great service by staff- Clean rooms and reasonably spacious- Free cocktails in the afternoon- I stayed on the higher floor and didn't have any issues with noise.

2. Had a slight issue that our door was stiff and heavy and the key didn't always work but not enough to make a complaint.

4. I have booked and paid for in advance rooms in many states across the US and have never had any issue with getting the room i booked.
