7. The Fifth Floor restaurant was kind of disappointing; we only had breakfast there and it was mostly empty and the food was nothing to write home about (my poached eggs on an English muffin were not runny but solid; the fruit salad was almost flavourless.

9. The only real disappointment, aside from extra charges for internet, the tiny shower was that our room rate increased over 3x's the online booking rate, simply because a big convention came to town.
