View from the window was of an inner courtyard but the advantage of that was that we were not
disturb
ed by noise of the streets, it was very quiet.

Hotel is nice and clean, though some rooms have inner views in to a service area, though this for us was handy as we weren't
disturb
ed by the noise from the road.

If i am going to get 85% of the advertised space, why not get charged 85% of the advertised rate? I was tired from the night before so i wanted a nap, but could not find a do not
disturb
sign.

It was so small it had a pocket door (a regular door would hit the toilet, or on the other side, the bed)--which was particularly
disturbing
since it doesn't seal very well and the door is literally 2 feet from the bed (no bathroom privacy.

I am noise-sensitive and love the courtyard rooms at the Palomar, where you can stay downtown without having your sleep
disturb

Although only steps away from Market Street, there was no noise to

my sleep in the huge bed.

I`m not sure what is more
disturbing
: that they wouldn`t honor the upgrade, or that Brian would tell a bold-faced lie and say the rooms were unavailable.
