The hotel is beautiful and the location is just second to none, but little things we noticed really made a difference, for example, the quilt was a bit dirty (yellow with some stain), the fitness room is tiny and because its between other rooms, we weren't sure if we were making too much noise when we went on the treadmill.

9. If you want a large grand fancy lobby with crap service, small dirty rooms and staff who are uninterested and barely speak English then I strongly recommend Parc 55.
