2. Etro bath products smelled great and all were replenished daily (since they all ended up in my bag) You could hear the plumbing activity in other rooms, although it was not disruptive, probably since the building is old.

4. Hotel is pet-friendly but I emphasize that the place has no 'doggy' smell nor have I even seen many in 2 stays at 2 different properties.

7. Our bathroom had a weird smell of smoke sometimes - I think probably from some room below us (we were on the 5th floor, and the 4th floor does not belong to the hotel).

9. When I returned from dinner, what i found was someone had haphazardly sprayed the room with air freshner trying to mask the smell, instead creating a second layer of irritants.
