1. The TV didn't work, the closets were unsatisfactory for hanging a long formal dress, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, there was not bathtub in the room and construction noise above us started at 7am.

8. So I called the front desk to verify that my room was indeed a smoking room (because the room did not smell of stale smoke and even though I smoke I hate the smell of stale smoke.
