1. We were in a room right next to the elevators, and didn't have any issue whatsoever with noise from the elevator.

2. One minor issue is the lack of a dresser or drawers-the only clothing storage is a single closet, even though there's a floor-to-ceiling wood entertainment unit, it has no shelves or drawers except for the space for the TV and DVD player.

3. The double glass windows did a good job but I am light sleeper and could still hear the street noise; this was not an issue for my wife and 5-year-old kid.

4. The complaints of other reviewers regarding the construction noise did unfortunately also apply to us even though this was a moot issue since we spent almost every hour outside the hotel.

5. There was a problem with the freight elevator so one elevator (of 2) in the lobby was shut down for a while, but the staff handled it so well it was not an issue.
