4. Anyway, I didn't have a bad experience at this hotel, and would recommend it to others, I guess in the end from what I had read online, my expectations were just set higher than they ought to have been.

7. The small spa in the club level was great although the gym is very dated and badly needs an upgrade.

The wifi was pretty bad, and only worked a few times (I overheard a conversation another guest was having with front desk and they were aware of problem and were in process of changing wifi provider), they did have a computer and printer for guests to use in the lobby which worked well and had very fast internet.

10. I have stayed at the Donatello numerous times for both business and pleasure and I have never found anything bad to stay about any visit.
