1. Only slight downside was that some renovation work is ongoing which led to some noise and water being cut twice.

4. The downside to this was that although we were on a high floor this is the noiseist hotel i have ever stayed in.

5. The only downside to this hotel was the noise - the windows didn't appear to seal properly and the hotel is positioned across from a noisy club where you can hear people queuing and leaving the club, and the staff clearing up and throwing out glass bottles.

8. Only downside was the intermittent and at times absent WiFi access (complimentary) We were told that they are upgrading the equipment and that should solve the problem.

9. Had a two night transit stay early Feb 2011, first time in SF, staff were exceptionally helpful, rooms clean and big, only downside was it is a little dated, and no jug/tea/coffee in room, but for the price it still represented exceptional value - location is great in Union Square area.

10. Biggest downside to this hotel - which I suspect would be the same everywhere near Union Square - is the street noise.
