1. As our stay coincided with the Womens' Marathon we were finding it difficult to book a restaurant for dinner and the concierge arranged for our dinner from the restaurant to be served in the club lounge.

2. They placed our party of 6 right next to the piano which made it very difficult to have a conversation, as soon as we had finished our main meals they cleared our plates and put the bill on the table.

4. Ohhhh, it was difficult to get out of bed each morning, the mattress was soooo nice.

5. The only criticisms we had (and these might seem picky) was that the towels could have been changed a bit more frequently, and we couldn't see any spoons in the Club Room, which made it a bit difficult to make a decent cup of tea.
