2. First into a Bridge-to-Bridge room after renovation/refurbishment demonstrated a few problems with the room that indicated the staff just hadn't checked things well enough before letting the room.

4. I work in same city as hotel and live ten miles away yet they spelled Piedmont as Tiedmont and that caused problems.

7. The first time we stayed was for our wedding, and the staff supported this fully, including having an excellent 'above and beyond' personal service for a few little problems that came up with our wedding preparations.
