1. First they couldn't find the booking, they didn't try hard to resolve it despite my obviously tiredness following a direct flight from London.

8. The TV in the room has no pay per view or movie channels which now a days is hard to believe but worst of all was the bathroom, small, dated, old tiles on the shower wall, I could have been at the Omni down the street .

10. Our stay was wonderful from the moment we arrived at the hotel`s entrance (not that hard to spot as there is a large red banner with Mandarin Oriental on it) until we left two days later.
