1. As our stay was on the weekend we found the area very quiet and the local starbucks and walgreens was shut the whole time, a bit annoying when you want a coffee or snacks in the evening.

4. The only thing that I found annoying was the parking, of course there is a garage but it is 50 USD per night, I guess to be expected in that city but I still thought it was a lot.
