1. We did notice that the hot water temperature is somewhat delayed, taking some minutes to reach the desired level.

Breakfast was a major disappointment, if you are in need of quick service this is not the place for you- it took up to half an hour to get a bowl of cereal and although the staff were running around and polite the delivery seemed to be very inefficient with items missing from orders, and delays requesting milk and coffee.

3. In addition the scheme that we had booked offered an upgrade if available - I had to specifically ask for this and at first she denied we were eligible for this but then in view of the delays and lost booking one room was upgraded to a higher floor.

4. After an awful 7 hour delay arriving from Maui the staff were welcoming and efficient even in the early hours of the morning.
