1. mostly because I think the mandarin in HK is one of the best hotels in the world, but I was disappointed by the hotel in SF.

Breakfast was a major disappointment, if you are in need of quick service this is not the place for you- it took up to half an hour to get a bowl of cereal and although the staff were running around and polite the delivery seemed to be very inefficient with items missing from orders, and delays requesting milk and coffee.
