1. My only complaint was that it took a while for warm water to reach the shower - I had to let it run for a good 5 minutes -- and also that the shower head faced the door so the floor got wet when the shower door was opened to step in.

3. As a result of my complaint, our breakfast plan was uprgraded (from continental to full) for our stay and a small bottle of port was placed in our room.

4. Previously we have stayed at the Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, etc, all excellent hotels and no complaints.

5. Only minor complaint is that the bed was a bit soft for me although I`m not sure if it was due to its age or simply the style.

6. I used the workout facility and it was very nice - TVs on the equipment with headphones provided - my only complaint for the workout facility was the treadmills did not provide any space to hold a bottle of water - you had to place on the floor which caused interruption in workout to stoop and get a bottle of water.
