4. They were doing a little refurbishing on some rooms and our first room was right next to the construction it didn't seem like it as going to be a big deal since the rooms looked basically done, but the construction made the room really inconvenient.

5. There was a minor blip with regard to our room, which meant our son was provided with a fold up bed, but as compensation (which was offered without request) we were given two complementary breakfasts which more than made up for any inconvenience.
